Customer service representatives are responsible for a variety of daily activities including quotes, pricing and product details as well as entering orders and expediting them. I’ve been with Armtec for 3 ½ years and still enjoy every part of my daily routine. Sometimes dealing with customers can be a challenge but it’s exceptionally rewarding in the end when our customers are satisfied. I also enjoy the interaction with other Armtec divisions. I wear many hats as a shop foreman in a small location. Shipping, receiving and inventory control are at the top of the list. There’s never a dull moment and during the height of the busy season, you’ve got to be two steps ahead and always thinking. Ever since Armtec purchased the company I was working for and I became an Armtec employee, it’s been like winning the lottery. Decent pay, excellent hours, good working conditions and a great boss make me look forward to coming to work in the morning.
